Flaw has Microsoft Authenticator overwriting MFA accounts, locking users out

A design flaw in the Microsoft Authenticator app has been discovered that can overwrite multi-factor authentication (MFA) accounts, locking users out of their accounts. Microsoft is working on a fix for this issue.
