On Fridays, don't spend any money and send a strong signal by refusing to be tracked, traced, agitated, or advertised at.

Ways to Participate Each Friday

Companies are tracking your views, clicks, and purchases. They notice every dip, pause, and trend. Give them undeniable evidence.

- Buy NOTHING

- Disconnect, unsubscribe, and step away

- Log out of everything you can

- No tv, streaming, gaming, ai

- Limit or stop posting, scrolling, and commenting

- Enjoy only untracked media (Books, DVDs, CDs)
