Ask HN: How do you keep up with tech news or any news without doomscrolling?
digi_wares Friday, January 30, 2026I was spending hours on HN/Reddit/BBC/TechCrunch and realised most of it was just doomscrolling. Built tera.fm to convert articles to audio so I could listen during gym, walks, or driving thus reclaiming that screen time for actual work. And it has really helped me a great lot.
What's your strategy for staying informed without burning out?
