Earlier there was a mass flagging of codex sessions suddenly and many people reported teh following error message:

Not sure if this is a 5.4-codex model or just vanilla 5.4 but since 5.1 is being phased out on the 11th looks like codex users might get a surprise

Interesting that we are skipping GPT-5.3 vanilla altogether if 5.4 ships for all variants
